Acceptance of Payment & Cancellation Policies *

1. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice link within 48 hours. Payment in full is required at such time. 2. Orders with outstanding invoices are NOT finalized and will not be ready for pickup. 3. "No-shows" and cancellations made within 48 hours of selected pickup day & time are obligated to complete payment in full and/or will not receive a refund. This policy does not change in the presence of inclement weather or other unexpected events. 4. Cancellations or postponements made prior to 48hrs must be submitted via the original email thread and must be confirmed by Fat Rabbit management to receive a refund. 5. Completed orders that have outstanding invoices are subject to a 10% added fee per day until the invoice is paid. 6. Any violation of these payment policies may affect future ability to order with Fat Rabbit.
